A 1 into 2 lot subdivision.

A 1 into 2 lot subdivision of a 645sqm block. The existing property on this dwelling was demolished to create two residential allotments.

A 1 into 7 lot subdivision of a 3827 sqm block. This development was completed in three stages. Stage 1,  a 1-5 lot subdivision. Stage 2, a 1 -3 lot subdivision. Stage 3, building 4 NDIS villas on the back two lots. 

A 1 into 5 lot subdivision. This site was two adjoining properties that totalled just under 5000sqm. Each house from the adjoining properties were retained and renovated as part of the project.

A 10,620sqm block with dual street frontage. During this project the derelict house was demolished and a DA application was submitted. This site was sold after receiving DA approval.

This 600sqm block was developed into high physical support housing for NDIS. The existing home was demolished so the purpose-built accommodation could be built.

A 5822sqm block subdivided into 7 lots. During this 1 into 7 lot subdivision, the house was retained and renovated. It was transformed from a 4 bed, 1 bath into a 4 bed, 2 bath home.

A 810sqm splitter block, split into two blocks. Vacant land sold.

A 1-into-2 subdivision of a 1,012sqm block, where the front lot was sold and the rear battle-axe lot was retained to develop rooming accommodation.

A 1007sqm splitter block, already on two lots. The character protected house was moved, lifted and renovated.
